Service Description

You’ll meet one-to-one with the director you’ve chosen for a confidential conversation shaped around what matters most to you. Before the spiritual direction session, spend a little time preparing. This might include noticing what’s been occupying your thoughts, what feels alive or unsettled, or any questions you want to bring. Nothing formal, just enough to help you arrive present and ready to use the time well. You’ll receive a confirmation and reminder ahead of the session, with everything you need to join the conversation online. Sessions are normally held on Zoom.
