Refunds and cancellations
This page summarises the default booking rules. The full legal terms are in our Terms of Service.
Director sessions (default rule: 48 hours)
Unless different rules are clearly shown at booking, these default rules apply:
More than 48 hours before the session start time: you can cancel for a full refund, or reschedule without charge.
Within 48 hours of the session start time: no refund.
No-shows: treated as a late cancellation, no refund.
If your Director cancels: we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.
How refunds are issued
Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method. Payment processor fees may be non-refundable in some cases.
Cooling-off rights (UK consumers)
(Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy summary.)If you are a UK consumer booking services at a scheduled time, statutory cancellation rights may be limited once the service has been delivered, and may be affected where you request delivery within 14 days.
How to cancel or reschedule
Use your booking confirmation email and the booking link provided, or contact us via the Contact Form.
If something has gone wrong
If you need to raise a complaint, use the Contact Form. We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and respond substantively within 10 working days (unless complex).
Safeguarding concerns
If you have a safeguarding concern connected to a booking made through SDUK, contact us via the Contact Form and select “Safeguarding”. If someone is at immediate risk, contact emergency services first.
