First Exploratory Session

Service Description

This first exploratory session is a chance to meet the director you’ve chosen and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. You’ll have space to talk about what brings you, ask any initial questions, and get a sense of how the director listens and works. It’s also an opportunity to clarify practical expectations, such as how sessions usually unfold and what kind of rhythm might suit you. There’s no requirement to continue beyond this session. Some people move on to regular meetings, others take time to reflect. The purpose of this conversation is simply to begin well, with clarity and mutual understanding.
